SUS thanks President Astrid Söderbergh Widding for 12 years of valuable collaboration

After 12 years, President of Stockholm University Astrid Söderbergh Widding handed over her assignment to Hans Adolfsson on January 31. With this, Astrid Söderbergh Widding also ends her assignment as SUS inspector.

Over the years, President Astrid Söderbergh Widding has worked for a good relationship between SU ​​and SUS, which was not least made clear when she, on behalf of SU, for the first time decided on Rules for Student Influence 2019. With this regulatory document, students have been able to take part in new ways in the statutory right to participate where decisions are discussed and made at the university.

In addition to important decisions at the university, President Astrid Söderbergh Widding has also participated in SUS activities such as the meetings of the Representative Assembly and Lucia balls as a permanent guest of honor.

President Astrid Söderbergh Widding has parried high toasts together with students with constant constructive dialogues on issues affecting students with a willingness to be heard.
