Frescati Sports Center
At Frescati Sports Center, you can rent a sports hall to play floorball, football, volleyball and more, as well as book a court for badminton, tennis, mini-tennis or table tennis. The facility also has a newly renovated gym run by Fitness24Seven. The company AB Frescatihallen is Stockholm University Student Union’s (SUS) company and as a member of SUS you therefore have the opportunity to book free drop-in courts.
At Frescati Sports Center, you'll also find SSIF - Stockholm Students’ Sports Club.
SSIF is an excellent option for those looking to incorporate some exercise into their daily routine at generous student prices. Located at Frescati Sports Center on the Frescati campus, SSIF offers over 30 different sports and group fitness classes. The association offers training cards with a 30% student discount, giving access to over 100 instructor-led and level-based sessions per week in activities like racket sports, team sports, Les Mills, dance, yoga, and thai boxing. The popular term-based training cards follow the university semesters, with regular monthly price reductions. SSIF also offers courses in specific sports such as tennis, swimming, badminton, volleyball, and cross-country skiing.
