SFS’ report suggests extended education for PhD students

Following a meeting this winter regarding the PhD students’ situation, a new report on the subject has been produced by Svergies förenade studentkårer (Sweden’s United Student Unions; SFS).

After a year, it is evident that PhD students' studies have suffered due to the pandemic. SFS's report has been produced after the meeting "PhD students’ education during the Corona pandemic" in February, which SFS organized together with their PhD student committee, and during which SUS’ presidium and PhD student representatives also participated. The report proposes, among other things, a general extension of PhD students' education due to the pandemic, an issue that SUS has also pushed previously. Read the full report here.
