Make attachments to your ISP

All PhD students have an ISP, it’s the document that controls what you are going to spend you time doing. Due to corona there will now be an option to add an attachment regarding your work situation before the yearly revision.

The CDR (Central Ph.D council) have worked for a long time with the issue of PhD students gaining an extra workload during corona which has not been properly compensated for. In an agreement with the University you are therefore now able to add an attachment to your ISP, which the university must take into consideration when the revision on your ISP is done.

From the president’s decision:
”The President hereby decides to assign the Board of Science and the Board of Human Science the responsibility of ensuring that the effects of the pandemic are taken into account for each individual during the annual revision of the individual study plans. The Board of Science and the Board of Human Science shall report the measures taken to the President.”
