Guidelines
To think about
Make sure your reservation is within the regular opening hours.
Please note that all reservations must be made at least 7 days before the event. SUS’s meeting rooms can only be booked for meetings, not as study spaces for individuals. If you want to book some of SUS’s meeting rooms during office hours, this requires that you book them at least two weeks beforehand. This applies to Rosa rummet, Nobelrummet, Holländarrummet and Hörnrummet. SUS can not guarantee that these meeting rooms are bookable during these hours.
