We are so happy that you want to be a part of us at SUS. Together we make our time at Stockholm University so much better, safer and above all, more fun!

If you are becoming a member for the first time, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to activate your SUS Admin page. If you have renewed your membership, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase.

Some member discounts and benefits are only activated after you’ve completed your course registration on Ladok. If you’re missing something on your membership page, the first step to troubleshooting this is to log in on Ladok’s Student portal and double check that all your course registrations are completed.

If you haven't received any confirmation or if you have other questions, please contact our service desk. 

Download your digital member ID

  1. Download the app Mecenat. Your membership will be registered with Mecenat within a few hours or the next non-holiday weekday at the latest.

  2. Log in with your personal identification number/T-number and a password of your choice. You now have access to your digital membership card and student identification!

If you are actively registered to study at least 22.5 credits per semester, your card should have an SL logo, which allows you to travel at a reduced price on Stockholm's public transportation. If you have chosen membership in a partner association, the abbreviation for that association will also be visible in the top right corner of the card.
